Partecle was birthed out of Phil’s vision for the future of clean technology. With innovation as its focus, Presco saw the opportunity to help clients bring their cleantech products to market by creating a dedicated division of Presco. Our goal is to provide engineering design services that will pave the way to a sustainable future.

He has worked in optical spectroscopy, acoustic recognition, medical instrumentation, neural nets, heads-up displays, non-destructive testing, machine tool controls, and drop-on-demand printing. He has been instrumental in helping Presco’s clients manufacture and commercialize these products. 

Phil holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Yale University.
